WordStash is now FlashcardStash!
WordStash.com has recently moved to FlashcardStash.com. Everything is exactly the same, just more features! As WordStash grew, we saw people making lists with a variety of content, not strictly vocabulary. We hope that a new name will help to embrace this activity, thereby making the site more useful for everyone. Onward!

Add Images to Your Flashcards
You can now add images from Wikipedia and Flickr to your flashcards. This is a valuable addition to the site as it really expands the possibilities for what you can now learn. You can add an image along with some text to a definition or just use an image. The Scale of The Universe →
This is a really cool interactive flash animation that lets you zoom in and out on objects in the universe to get a sense for their relative sizes. Who knew that a giant earthworm could grow to be 7 meters long!

New Match Game
A new match game has been added to aid you in your studies. The match game randomizes 10 terms from your list and divides the terms on the left and the definitions on the right. Drag the term to its corresponding definition to make it disappear. It is a race against the clock to make all your terms disappear, so good luck!

Customizable Flash Cards
Definitions are now fully editable and you can even add whatever you want in the form of a flash card. This really opens the utility of WordStash up in that you can now use it to study much more than just word definitions. New Quiz and Learning Mode
After months in the making, I’m proud to welcome the new quiz and learning modes. Quiz mode allows you to quiz yourself with engaging multiple choice and fill in the blank quizzes.
